What's included in each membership?

Each Membership includes one monthly facial tailored to the plan you chose. Basic is a general cleansing and maintenance, Deluxe has more extensive with the exfoliation and complexion care while Ultimate is the longest and most luxurious with the works.

How do I schedule my monthly facial?

Under the book appointments tab, you'll see the members only appointments. Book your appointment according to what membership you have.

Can I cancel,pause, upgrade or downgrade my membership?

Do the membership require a long term commitment?

No! You can cancel or pause at any time. You are allowed to pause up to 3 months at a time.

Are these facials customized to my ski type?

Absolutely. Every facial is tailored to your unique skin needs, ensuring the best results for your skin type and concerns.

Do you offer refunds?

Membership fees are non-refundable but we can roll over missed appointments and you can have more than one in a month or credit it toward another service.
