Each Membership includes one monthly facial tailored to the plan you chose. Signature is a general cleansing that focuses on hydration and smoothing skin, Ultimate has deeper exfoliation and complexion care while Customized partners with you for your specific needs.

How do I schedule my monthly facial?

Under the book appointments tab, you'll see the members only appointments. Book your appointment according to what membership you have.

Can I cancel,pause, upgrade or downgrade my membership?

Does the membership require a long term commitment?

No! You can cancel or pause at any time. You are allowed to pause up to 3 months at a time.

Do you offer refunds?

Membership fees are non-refundable but we can roll over missed appointments and you can have more than one in a month or credit it toward another service.
